About the Author

Ong Eu Jin is the Chief Operating Officer of OSK-Signet Trustees Berhad, a trust corporation which was presented with the award for the First Comprehensive Online Will by the Malaysian Book of Records. The award was for its online estate planning services via its portal www.osksignet.com.my. An advocate and solicitor by training, he holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Thames Valley University, the Certificate of Legal Practice from the Malaysian Legal Profession Qualifying Board, a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and a Master of Laws from the University of Malaya. His areas of study include securities regulations, copyright, employment law and selected issues in civil litigation. His professional experience, while he was in legal practice, was primarily in litigation, corporate matters and trust law. In writing this book, Eu Jin has drawn on his extensive experience from estate planning and trust seminars he has conducted.
